About our work.
At Heart of Pachamama, our work is rooted in presence, responsibility and deep respect for ancestral plant traditions.
We create carefully held spaces where insight can become lived experience.
Ceremony is not an isolated moment for us, but part of a longer path of integration and embodiment. Our intention is simple. to support real transformation that can be carried into everyday life.

Shaman and Healer

Curandera Mariela
Mariela is a shaman, medicine woman and curandera of Bolivian origin. For more than 20 years she has lived in Mallorca, where she guides ceremonial work and supports deep transformational processes with plant medicines and ancestral healing practices.
Her connection to plants began in childhood, where sensitivity to the natural world and a fascination for medicinal herbs revealed an early calling that would shape her life.
Over the years, she has facilitated thousands of ceremonies across Europe, accompanying people through processes of healing, emotional resolution and spiritual remembrance. Her work is grounded in the understanding that transformation requires not only vision but integration: the translation of insight into lived experience. Therefore, she dedicates significant attention to post-ceremonial integration, supporting participants as they navigate personal themes with clarity, honesty and responsibility.
For Mariela, a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Movement, breath, energetic work, dance, emotional release, and somatic awareness are essential pillars of her approach. She views the body as a living archive of memory and believes that true change requires the liberation of stagnant emotional and physical patterns. This philosophy is reflected not only in her guidance, but also in the natural, clean and nourishing food that defines Heart of Pachamama retreats.
With humility, devotion and a lifelong connection to the plant kingdom, Mariela continues to accompany individuals in remembering who they are, reconnecting with the Earth, and embodying their path with coherence and dignity.

Walking the Path of the Heart
For many years, we have been walking alongside sacred plant medicines with humility and devotion. Our work is rooted in the heart of the jungle and shaped by the teachings of indigenous traditions who have carried this knowledge across generations. Over time, these teachings have been integrated into a way of working that is both respectful of their origins and responsibly adapted to the context in which we serve today.
At Heart of Pachamama, we work with Ayahuasca, Kambo, Psilocybin mushrooms and Rapé, approaching each medicine with care, preparation and clear intention. Our team includes experienced facilitators, therapists, bodyworkers and musicians who share a deep commitment to this path. Each member brings years of direct experience and training, ensuring that the work remains grounded, safe and held with integrity.
We walk what we call the path of the heart. Transformation asks for courage: the willingness to face what has been avoided, to soften where we have hardened, and to listen where we have resisted. Our role is not to impose or interfere, but to create a stable and protected space in which you can meet the medicine — and, ultimately, meet yourself.

A Holistic Approach to Healing

Our retreats go beyond ceremony. We believe in strengthening the body, mind, and spirit as one. Physical exercise plays a key role a strong, healthy body provides the foundation for deep spiritual work. We connect with the elements, awakening our energetic body, remembering how to listen to the fire, the sun, the wind, and the whispers of the earth.

Integration is essential. After each ceremony, we gather in the morning to share and process experiences. Mariela offers deep psychotherapeutic integration, guiding you through whatever arises in your journey.

Yet the real ceremony begins when you return home. This is where transformation takes root. To support you in integrating your experience into daily life, we offer integration support and also one-on-one integration sessions with trained coaches and therapists, available. Though this is not part of our retreats, we offer it because we believe no one should walk this path alone.

With an open heart and the strength of a warrior, we walk together.

With love,
Mariela and the heart of Pachamama Team.
